There's a deep purple hue that extends to the edge of the glass. Vibrant, pure aromas of red cherry, dried sage, violets, and freshly tilled earth fill the glass. The wine is soft on the palate with flavors of crushed raspberry, dried blueberry, cocoa powder and black tea. A distinct note of minerality is evident, along with the fine textured, mouth-filling tannins that linger through the finish.

While firmly tannic, this opulent and flavorful wine made from 93% Cabernet Sauvignon also has a well-rounded texture to let its potent black currant and blueberry flavors shine through. Notes of graphite, espresso and dark chocolate weave through the nose and palate. Best from 2026-2036.

The 2019 Red Blend Estate Proprietary Blend checks in as 93% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Cabernet Franc, and the rest Petit Verdot that saw a slightly longer time in barrel, spending 24 months in 70% new French oak. Beautiful cassis and blackberry fruit as well as scorched earth, graphite, and chocolate notes all emerge from the glass, and it's medium to full-bodied, has good mid-palate depth, lots of tannins, and a good finish. It's another uber-ripe, textured wine in the lineup that has enough tannins to warrant 2-3 years of bottle age, and it should drink well over the following decade or so. 400 cases.

A solid, compact style, with graphite edges and ample singed tobacco and bittersweet chocolate notes coursing through, plus dense plum, cassis and blackberry reduction flavors. A warm earth note tumbles through on the grippy finish. This is a bit amped up, but will have fans for the sheer heft. Best from 2023 through 2035. 350 cases made.
