Color: Opaque ruby red.
Nose: Intense and complex aromas of baked fruit and cinnamon.
Palate: Rich, full-bodied and well-balanced, with ripe cherry flavours (sweet and marasca), baked plums and bitter almonds.
Food Pairing: Excellent as an after-dinner wine, or to go with red meat, game, quails and richlyflavoured dishes. Very good with well-aged cheeses, such as parmesan, pecorino and gorgonzola.

Beautiful on the nose, with ample ripe fruit and spice notes that follow through to the palate of crushed black raspberry and black currant, Earl Grey tea leaf and dried tea rose flavors. Though expressive now, there's a dense core of fine-grained tannins that should give this the stuffing to age. Firm finish. Best from 2020 through 2033.
